Estimated time: 07:30am-03:00pm (15:00)

Cycling through countryside and witnessing daily life of rural rice farmers and craftsmen are the best ways to discover the real part of the island’s life and beauty.

We will take you to the starting point of your cycling tour in the morning.

After a short standard safety briefing from the tour guide, you will be broken into groups of 5 to 6 people. Each group will have one tour guide. After selecting the right size bike, and helmet, you will start your adventure and follow the tour guides on a leisurely, mostly downhill trail to Ubud.  You will pass the small lanes, called “gang” of the village and make a stop at local Balinese house. Along the ride, children will happily greet you. They will line up along the street (some might even follow you) and raise their hands, expecting a high/low five from you (some visitors mistakenly interpret this gesture as begging). This is a memorable part of your trip, the real encounter with the friendly local Balinese people.

Cycling tour will take about 2 hours, and end at Elephant Safari Park. After having buffet lunch at Taro Restaurant, you will enjoy elephant ride, elephant talent show, visiting elephant discovery museum, and feeding the elephants/baby elephants.
